  • What tools are currently available, what needs to be in place to support solution?

Self-study: scenario, research and project work (approx. 3 hours)

Week three - Stakeholder Buy-in and Content Development

  • Who are your stakeholders?
  • Tips for communicating effectively
  • Models for content development
  • Create top 10 project management tips for digital content

Self-study: forum discussion and project work (approx. 3 hours)

Week four - Marketing and Evaluation
Tutor-led WebEx session (one hour)

  • Look at creative was for promoting, launching digital solutions
  • Encouraging employees to login and complete courses
  • Ways to measure effectiveness and efficiency of digital content

Self-study: project work (approx. 3 hours)

Week Five - Share your Highlights
