The TAP Learning approach is diametrically opposed to the traditional lecture style, employing a totally different approach to questioning skills rather than simply relying on the fairly common strategy of using open questions.

All of which means that our TAP learning and development qualifications are based around an objective assessment methodology driving towards a pass/fail result making the award of your TAP Diploma one of genuine achievement rather than merely attendance.

Please note that when starting any of our fantastic TAP Diploma tracks you will be expected to complete your Diploma within two-years of commencement.

Which TAP Diploma to Choose

Most clients choose TAP Diplomas in order to develop a skill-set designed around a specific Career Pathway. Each one of our TAP Diploma routes is comprised of four TAP Certificates and the online Theoretical Basis of Learning self study module and offer a progressive approach to acquiring Learning & Development knowledge. 

Specialist TAP Diploma Tracks

Generalist TAP Diploma Track

The other option is our TAP Generalist Diploma. This option, whilst still requiring the completion of four TAP Certificates plus the Theoretical Basis of Learning, offers a more flexible route and is outlined in our Diploma Builder.

TAP Master Diploma

Those of you who are interested in our highest level of Learning and Development Professional Qualification may achieve this through the TAP Master Diploma.

This premier L&D qualification is made up of an initial TAP Diploma plus any four additional individual distinct TAP Certificates.
