Rob has well over 20 years experience in L&D across the whole training cycle, as well as in performance coaching. He’s worked in the post-graduate, PMO, energy (nuclear, oil & gas), military, emergency services, government and retail sectors.
He has extensive experience overseas, having lived and worked in the Middle East for five years, providing training and coaching solutions to companies in Qatar, Oman, Syria and UAE. He’s also trained in France and Austria, and has operational experience in Russia.

Fun Fact:
I like to spend my spare time hiking, wild camping and trail running in the Brecon Beacons, training for Obstacle Course Races, composing and recording heavy metal, and building furniture! Spare time?!

Loads, but can never remember the titles! Addicted to YouTube for educational vids and documentaries.

Professional Experience & Areas of Expertise:
My main areas of training and operational experience have been in the military, energy (nuclear, oil & gas), security, health and safety sectors. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Management together with professional and academic qualifications in project management, business analysis and applied psychology. I also hold several Nuclear qualifications including Triple-Bar certificates in Nuclear Security and New-build Sites. I’ve been delivering training in the commercial environment since the mid-90’s, with five years spent delivering in the Middle East.
